Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Facilitate and coordinate procurement of organizational requirements in line with the Procurement Policy Act & regulations.

Manage acquisition of goods and services.

Develop and implement supplier evaluation programs.

Draft bid documents and contracts in line with procurement standards.

Organise pre-bid meetings, clarify queries, and oversee receipt & opening of bids.

Facilitate bid assessments and post-qualification negotiations.

Draft and revise contract documents and amendments.

Ensure compliance with procurement policy in all processes.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Bachelorโs degree in Purchasing & Supply, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 yearsโ experience in a similar role.

Post-graduate Diploma in Purchasing & Supply an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

Strategic thinker with unquestionable integrity.
