𝐓S𝐔R𝐎 𝐓r𝐮s𝐭 facilitated a meaningful dialogue session with dedicated change agents including 𝐠e𝐧d𝐞r c𝐡a𝐦p𝐢o𝐧s, 𝐲o𝐮n𝐠 𝐰o𝐦e𝐧 𝐚r𝐭s g𝐫o𝐮p𝐬, and 𝐜a𝐬e c𝐚r𝐞 𝐰o𝐫k𝐞r𝐬 to explore gender dynamics affecting the lives of children and how these influence their day-to-day experiences.

The engagement created a safe and collaborative space for participants to share insights, lived experiences, and practical strategies aimed at promoting g𝐞n𝐝e𝐫 𝐞q𝐮a𝐥i𝐭y, 𝐬a𝐟e𝐠u𝐚r𝐝i𝐧g c𝐡i𝐥d𝐫e𝐧, and s𝐭r𝐞n𝐠t𝐡e𝐧i𝐧g s𝐮p𝐩o𝐫t𝐢v𝐞 𝐜o𝐦m𝐮n𝐢t𝐲 𝐬y𝐬t𝐞m𝐬. Through open discussions and collective reflection, stakeholders reinforced the importance of addressing gender norms and empowering communities to create inclusive environments where every child can thrive.
