The Project Officer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring project activities in line with organizational objectives, donor requirements, and community needs. The role requires strong skills in environmental management, natural resources, and community engagement.

Degree/Honours in Geography & Environmental Sciences, Natural Resources Management, Ecology, or related fields
At least 3 yearsโ experience working with communities in the NGO sector (preferably climate-related projects)
Strong communication, facilitation, and report writing skills
Ability to work independently in rural areas
High ethical standards and commitment to safeguarding and gender equality
