These thought-provoking questions shaped a G𝐞n𝐝e𝐫 𝐃i𝐚l𝐨g𝐮e held in Mhizha Village, Chimanimani Ward 7, bringing together 3𝟗 community members (31 women and 8 men) to explore a𝐜c𝐞s𝐬, o𝐰n𝐞r𝐬h𝐢p a𝐧d c𝐨n𝐭r𝐨l o𝐟 𝐫e𝐬o𝐮r𝐜e𝐬 𝐚n𝐝 𝐡o𝐮s𝐞h𝐨l𝐝 𝐝e𝐜i𝐬i𝐨n-m𝐚k𝐢n𝐠🏡

Through interactive group discussions and shared reflections, participants challenged traditional gender norms, examined unequal household responsibilities and explored fairness in managing family resources. The dialogue highlighted the importance of mutual respect, shared responsibilities and inclusive decision-making in building stronger and more harmonious families. 🌱
