VSO Project Update: 𝐂𝐒𝐆 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 – 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐨

VSO Zimbabwe, through the 𝐑𝐂i𝐯i𝐥 𝐒o𝐜i𝐞t𝐲 𝐆r𝐨u𝐩s (𝐂S𝐆) C𝐚p𝐚c𝐢t𝐲 𝐁u𝐢l𝐝i𝐧g W𝐨r𝐤s𝐡o𝐩e𝐬i𝐥i𝐞n𝐭 𝐋i𝐯e𝐥i𝐡o𝐨d R𝐞g𝐢o𝐧a𝐥 𝐈n𝐢t𝐢a𝐭i𝐯e (𝐀C𝐓I𝐕E) 𝐏r𝐨j𝐞c𝐭, successfully hosted a five-day 𝐂i𝐯i𝐥 𝐒o𝐜i𝐞t𝐲 𝐆r𝐨u𝐩s (𝐂S𝐆) C𝐚p𝐚c𝐢t𝐲 𝐁u𝐢l𝐝i𝐧g W𝐨r𝐤s𝐡o𝐩 in Masvingo with participation from 𝐓S𝐔R𝐎 𝐓r𝐮s𝐭 and other partner organisations.

The workshop focused on strengthening the capacity of Civil Society Groups in 𝐈n𝐭e𝐫s𝐞c𝐭i𝐨n𝐚l𝐢t𝐲 and 𝐋o𝐜a𝐥l𝐲 𝐋e𝐝 𝐃e𝐯e𝐥o𝐩m𝐞n𝐭, equipping participants with practical tools to promote inclusive, community-driven programming.

Participants engaged in interactive sessions, collaborative group work, and field-based practical exercises designed to deepen understanding of:

Throughout the workshop, participants tested and refined the 𝐈n𝐭e𝐫s𝐞c𝐭i𝐨n𝐚l𝐢t𝐲 𝐓o𝐨l𝐤i𝐭 across the full programme cycle — from context analysis and design to monitoring, evaluation, and impact capture.
