TSURO Trust in partnership with the community and small holder farmers from Hangani, Saurombe, Mhakwe, Shinja and Nyanyadzi have so far planted 8 953 trees along the Munyanyazi river under the Tudor funded program which is meant to recharge the water table along the river.

The target is to plant 10 000 trees by the end of the rain season.

The Tudor funded project- trails to the source along Munyanyazi River is being implemented in six wards and both young and old actively planted water loving trees which includes Mukute, Muonde, Muwawa and Murungu.

Under the TSURO Trust โ€“Tudor funded project, local based nurseries have been capacitated through the purchase of their tree nurseries to motivate them and in turn creating a sustainable business for the communities.
