Welcome to E-Market App! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the E-Market App, a mobile application designed to connect farmers (sellers) and buyers (consumers) for trading agricultural produce. By accessing or using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

• “App” refers to E-Market Application.
• “User” refers to any individual or entity using the app, including buyers (consumers) and sellers (Farmers).
• “We,” “Us,” “Our” refer to the E-Market App operators that is TSURO Trust.
• “Content” includes text, images, data, and other material provided on the app.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 15 years old to use the app or have parental/guardian consent.
• Users must provide accurate and complete registration details.

3. User Registration and Account

• Users must register an account to access certain features.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. This includes the use of strong, unique passwords and protecting them from unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

4. User Conduct

• Users agree not to use the app for fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious activities.
• No posting of false information, inappropriate content, or offensive material.
• No spamming, hacking, or attempting to disrupt the app’s services.

5. Listing and Transactions

• Sellers must provide accurate details about their agricultural produce.
• Buyers (Farmers) must communicate respectfully and conduct transactions fairly.
• The app facilitates communication but does not process payments.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
• User data is stored securely with encryption to prevent unauthorized access.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without user consent.
• Users can request data deletion by contacting support that is TSURO Trust.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content within the app is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or modify the app’s content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for app downtime or technical issues.
• We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
• Users assume responsibility for their interactions and transactions.

9. Termination of Use

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to users who violate these terms.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time.

10. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time.
• Continued use of the app after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. The principle of user responsibility for account security is consistent with the broader data protection and cybersecurity framework established by the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] and the National ICT Policy 2022-2027. These legal and policy frameworks emphasize the importance of users taking reasonable steps to safeguard their information and ICT system access.
