From 1โ€“5 September 2025, TSURO Trust successfully reviewed its Strategic Position Document, which has guided our work since 2015. The process was expertly facilitated by consultancy firm @Albizia and was highly participatory, bringing together diverse voices and perspectives:

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸŒพ Grassroots voices from the TSURO dzeChimanimani Association, now TSURO Association farmer representatives in Chimanimani, Buhera, and Chipinge

๐Ÿ‘ฅTSURO Trust staff and Board members, who provided critical insights and leadership

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Government stakeholders from the three districts (e.g Chimanimani FM, Chimanimani Rural District Council, Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Development and Vocational Training, Ministry of Women Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Dev. Social Development Department/ Social Welfare, Office of the President and Cabinet, Ministry of Local Government, alongside the Provincial Secretary for Provincial Affairs and Devolution โ€“ Manicaland Province

๐ŸŒฟ Traditional leaders, including Chief Muusha and Chief Ngorima, who shared invaluable community perspectives

This inclusive process ensures that our renewed strategy reflects the voices of our communities, leverages the leadership of our staff, Board, and traditional authorities, and strengthens collaboration with partners and stakeholdersโ€”all aligned with national priorities (Vision 2030) and global development Global Goals for Sustainable Development.
